DCF Signal accuracy for time synchronisation in europe
The DCF radio time signal is available throughout the Germany and most of Western and Central Europe. Broadcast time and date information is repeated every minute with a marker at the end of each minute. The accuracy of the end of minute marker is ±2 millisecond (two thousandth of a second).
The NTS-4000 series NTP Time Server can synchronise time with the DCF radio transmission to an accuracy of ±2.4 milliseconds.
