Ethernet Digital wall clock using NTP/SNTP for time synchronisation
Galleon Systems ethernet digital wall clock sits directly on an IP network and obtain accurate time information from an NTP or SNTP time server. This allows the ethernet digital wall clocks to display a continously synchronised accurate time. Therefore, all your clocks throughout your organisation can show the absolute correct time and are all displaying synchronised times.
Additionally, Galleon Systems ethernet atomic wall clock devices are power-over-ethernet enabled which means they accept power throught the network cable. Therefore, a mains outlet is not required in order to site a clock in a particular location, reducing installation costs.
Configuration of the device could not be simpler. All configuration is completed over the ethernet network using a telnet session. Just open a telnet session addressed to the IP address of the wall clock, log in with your username and password and then simple configuration commands can be used to configure the clock.
